In reading for over 35 years now
one thing I have learned
is that we all share the same concerns,
the same loves
and the same experiences and
questions.
Since I am often asked the same questions ,
I thought I would create this space to help YOU
find your answers to

Will I be happy in my life?
Happines is subjective.
The question is do you wish to be happy?
More important in finding yourself
and getting to know yourself the question first becomes,
What makes you happy?

Happiness is not just an apple you pick off a tree your angels say .
It is a learning process. Funny that they say it this way but love is a
process of learning and growth.
So in answer to your question we say yes.
Having said that we say your happiness is your responsibility and destiny.
Please ask yourself that if happiness is key for you why would you
continue to choose people in your life that deliberately make you unhappy?
Taking 10 steps back from there please know that happiness is not born from
others but only comes from within you.
One person can see a situation or a hear a joke that makes their heart smile
and their body laugh
while that same joke another says , I don't' get it and
yet another says , That's not funny at all.
So happiness is peppered and
conditional upon how you choose to see it.
How do you choose to see the events in your life?
As an experience of life
or always wanting, searching for more?
The Universe is very generous in
allowing you the choice of not only how you see joy and happiness in your
life but offering you options in how would you like to receive it.

Dear Rain,
I feel as if I am lost in whirlwind of fear and despair
and I cannot find any solid ground.
I am an emotional wreck.
How can I cope better with all this panic I am feeling?
While each person has their own personal reasons and experience
of being on a runaway train
there is always a quiet culprit lurking
when I go in to check it out.

You are breathing shallow from your chest
which brings in too much carbon monxide
and over takes all the good oxyegen your body needs.
This directly effects your nervous system after flowing through your blood.
So step one practice taking
deep breaths from your stomach.
This can take some people months to learn
However it is one of the best things
you can do for your body, mind and soul.

1 ~ Finding Joy
The career you are in
is not your calling.
It is your comfort zone
To be completely honest
you are once again short changing yourself.
Spend some time journaling each day
in disovering your joy by asking;
What do I love to do?
What do I love?
What are my passions?
What are the things that make me smile, laugh bring me joy?
You will be suprised how hard it might be to start this list
in the beginning
and even more surprised
at how long it grows when it comes full circle.
